Linyuan District Ku Ling Jiao City-Sponsored Redevelopment Plan: Assessment of value and content of
Ku Ling Jiao’s City-Sponsored Redevelopment Plan covered an area that
included the southern terrain of the Feng Pi Tou Site (Zhong Keng Gate).
Although the plan designed not to affect Feng Pi Tou, a national historic site,
it was later discovered that the area covered by the plan did overlap with
areas of the historic site. As required by law, the team conducted excavation
work to assess the situation, and determined the plan’s effects on the historic
site. Furthermore, the value and scope of yet designated sections of the site
were evaluated.
